About Martin

With over 10 years experience of working in sport and fitness in the UK, USA and Australia I have experienced a wide variety of clients and training techniques and have seen that the best results come with full body functional fitness that gets back to basics and most importantly is fun.

I have taught Sports Science in a number of colleges in the UK, managed a large personal training business in sunny Sydney, Australia for the past 2 years and have recently returned as the Lead Coach at David Lloyd, West Bridgeford.

I am an expert in sports performance and weight loss and have worked with groups and individuals from professional sports players to  senior citizens. I look to improve peoples health and fitness through working on all aspects of exercise and eating as well as providing education and motivation for clients to achieve their goals.

Having experienced the joy of training in the great outdoors on beautiful Bondi Beach I am loving the chance to bring the joys of training outdoors to everyone in Nottingham and getting people away from the boredom of running on the treadmill with earplugs on and not talking to anyone. 

The Nottingham Urban Gym gets results with some with some fun and socialising along the way.
