If you have completed your free trial session and would now like to sign up to the Rat Race Urban Gym as a member attending regular sessions, you have a few  slightly different Packages available for you to choose from depending on your availability and training needs. Firstly you need to consider whether or not you would like to join Rat Race Adventure Sports using one of our annual memberships (Option 1) or if you would rather solely join the Urban Gym using one of our training packages, choosing between our great value per session, Direct Debit Package (Option 2) and our pre-paid training package, a 10 session block called a ‘RatPack’ training card (Option 3).

Option 1 - Join Rat Race - Rat Race Annual Membership: GOLD - Urban Gym Option

IMPORTANT: Please note that the annual membership options all run for a period of 12 calendar months, starting from the date of sign up.

Option 2 - Join the Urban Gym - Urban Gym Direct Debit Package (with £30 Joining Fee)

The Urban Gym Direct Debit Package is perfect for all of you that just appreciate simplicity, those that want to attend sessions and not have to worry about package payments. With only a 3 month minimum term contract, this package allows you to attend the Urban Gym as often as you like each week and offers the added benefit of being able to make fast, easy, hassle free direct debit payments.

Option 3 - Join the Urban Gym - RatPack Training Card (10 Sessions)

Great for those who work away a lot or those who just like to do something different every now and again. Here at Rat Race Urban Gym we appreciate that due to work and other commitments not everyone can attend our sessions regularly enough to feel as though they would make the most of a Direct Debit package. That’s where our 10 Session ‘RatPack’ Training Card comes in very handy, this option allows you the freedom and flexibility to manage your own package as you only use one of your 10 sessions when you can actually attend. (Please remember all ‘RatPack’ sessions are valid for 20 weeks from the date of purchase)

A MEMBERSHIP FOR MORE THAN JUST AN EXERCISE CLASS…

All Urban Gym packages offer more than just great training sessions that are suitable for all fitness abilities. As all Rat Race Urban Gym members also receive our renowned Rat Rewards discount, providing you and your friends with 15% off any future purchases on Kit or off entries into our Adventure Running and Endurance Events. We also arrange monthly ‘Meet the Instructor Evenings’ at which you can ask our highly qualified instructors any fitness related questions or you could even use these evenings to bring along any friends that might be considering joining the Urban Gym, giving them an opportunity to meet our local instructors.

Adding to the already extremely popular social element of the local Urban Gym communities and to add a little healthy competition in to the mix, we host monthly ‘Beat the Instructor Fitness Challenges’ on our Facebook pages. As well as posting regular blog entries regarding relevant discussion topics and top tips (Running Styles, Nutrition, etc.), to make achieving your goals that little bit easier. We also engage in regular local social functions throughout the year.
