Bio

I have always had a passion for sport and exercise from a very young age, having competed in many different sports and different levels of success. Whilst working to become a personal trainer, I continuously promoted within a 5 star Health Club and Spa within Edinburgh city centre to Leisure Manager. I took this enthusiasm and passion for the industry into completing a degree in Sport and Exercise Science in Edinburgh and I am now looking forward to heading up Rat Race's Urban Gym in Edinburgh. I am a city lad through and through and would like to think I'm well equipped to come up with inventive and extreme training circuits in my own back yard! I am heavily involved in competing in endurance events, triathlons and distance running events - so I plan to take all my knowledge, skills, experience and utilise them fully in delivering a truly unforgettable Urban Gym experience!
