Discussing Your Direct Debit Package

The Rat Race Urban Gym Direct Debit system is operated independently by a third party organisation called the Harlands Group (Please take note for future reference of the Harlands Group web address: www.harlandsgroup.co.uk). When Does Your  Package Start?

Once you have signed up online you will be able to attend the next timetabled session as a member. For your own reference you should always make a note of your sign up/membership start date as this will be the date of your membership period each month, irrespective of your direct debit date (for example….. If Jane joins on a membership on the 3rd of September, Jane’s monthly membership date will be the 3rd of each month).

Understanding Your Direct Debit Payments

Your 1st direct debit payment will be taken from your account on the next 1st or 15th of the month which ever comes first, following a 14 day period from the date of your sign up, this covers your first months membership/back payment to the date of sign up. Your 2nd direct debit payment will then be taken from your account on next the 1st or 15th of the month which ever comes first and covers your second month of membership from . Following this all future payments will then be taken from your account on this date every month. (for example….. Jane’s start date was 3rd September, 14 days from this date will be the 17th September, therefore the next 1st or 15th of the month available will be 1st October. This will become Jane’s 1st Direct Debit date and will cover the membership period between 3rd September & 3rd October. Jane’s 2nd Direct Debit date will be the 15th of October covering the membership period between 3rd October & 3rd November. Following this payment her monthly Direct Debit date will be every subsequent 15th thereafter).

Cancelling Your Direct Debit Package

In order to cancel your Direct Debit Package please contact your Franchise Manager directly (Information below) and they will instruct you of the relevant details  needed and processes you must follow in order to cancel your Direct Debit payment.

Please be aware that any Urban Gym monthly members or Rat Race annual members approaching their final month, that wish to cancel their membership must give notice at least 14 days prior to the next scheduled Direct Debit payment date in order to avoid paying another months membership fees.

Joining Fees

As stated above our Direct Debit Package is accompanied by a joining fee of £30. The Joining Fee must be paid by all new Direct Debit customers and any returning ‘Direct Debit’ customers that have had a cancelled membership subscription for a period of time greater then three calendar months.

We do however offer some great deals using special promo codes. Rewarding customers who act quickly and sign up for our Direct Debit package within a certain time frame of completing a free trial sessions. These promo codes are released by instructors following the free trial sessions.
