…immediately after the session
It is almost immediately possible to observe the benefits of conducting regular exercise, through the release of endorphins. Endorphins are endogenous peptide, which main function is as neurotransmitters, released by the pituitary gland during exercise, they produce a feeling of well-being and you will feel good about what you have achieved during your Urban Gym session. You might well experience a sensation of light headedness, being short of breathe or feel faint, if any of these happen inform your instructor immediately, take a seat in an appropriately safe spot and take your sugary drink or energy snack which we advised you to have with you at the session.

..one to three days after the session
You may experience what we call D.O.M.S! This is the pain or stiffness that you sometimes feel in your muscles after training. D.O.M.S is not the muscle pump felt immediately after training but several hour’s even days after you have completed a strenuous exercise routine. D.O.M.S is a symptom of muscle damage caused by eccentric exercise. During this period of D.O.M.S. the muscles are repairing and adapting themselves in order to prevent subsequent muscle damage or soreness, when the exercise routine is repeated. So….. Keep going guys it will only get better! As you get fitter and stronger!

…after one month of Urban Gym training
Following one month of training with the Urban Gym you will start to feel better, be sleeping for longer, be more alert, focused and less stressed.

…after two to four months of Urban Gym training
Following two to four months of training with the Urban Gym you will start to notice some physiological adaptations, either in muscular strength and tone, cardio vascular fitness capacity or weight loss, leaving you looking and feeling much better.
