14 Day Running Shoe Test

At Rat Race we are all about getting you out of the office into outdoor sports and fitness. A massive factor is getting the right shoes for both training and race day whether taking on a Park Run or an ultra-marathon.

Therefore we are giving you 14 days to make sure the shoes bought from us are the right ones for you. You can run in your shoes to make sure they are going to help you do your very best. If they are not right then simply return them to us within 14 days of receiving them and we will exchange them for a new pair. Just note it on the Returns Section of the document your receive with your original shoe delivery.

Terms and Conditions:

• Applies to all running shoe purchases made from www.RatRace.com
• Exchange only available only; we can only provide refunds if the shoes are in resale condition. One exchange per customer per year.
• If exchanging for a cheaper pair of shoes, then is will be a straight swap and a refund will not be given for the difference in price. If exchanging for a more expensive pair, you will be need to pay the difference.
• Shoes will need to be returned clean due to hygiene risk to staff and identification purposes.
• This is over and above your statutory rights, which are not affected.
